I won my first trophy for speech at the age of 15 and since then they have accumulated to hundreds, which have been won throughout England and Wales.

Writing is another of my interests and I have won three crowns for literature:  Powys Eisteddfod – Llanbrynmair 1993,  Newtown 1999, and the Anglesey Eisteddfod  - Aberffraw, 2003.

During this time I have also been chaired over 50 times at eisteddfodau for both English and Welsh compositions.

Y Wladfa - Patagonia

Cefnfab won the prestigious Y Wladfa - Patagonia Eisteddfod Chair in 2008.
